We are unable to accept returns or exchanges of all HOOPLA@ products purchased online or in studio.

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your purchase arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us HERE within 10 days of receipt of your order.

Gift card purchases cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

Shipping Policy

The United States Department of Transportation requires nail polish and treatments to be shipped via ground services due to the potentially flammable nature of the products. Therefore, packages can take up to 10 days or more to deliver. Per a DOT exception, products can be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, but shipping times Will vary.

All orders will be processed within I to 2 business days. Order placed after 12pm CST on Fridays, will not be processed until the following Monday.
