Nail Polish Worth Making a Hoopla Over

If you’re anything like me, a bad day calls for chocolate chip cookies and a trip to the beauty store for a new polish (or five) — it’s the perfect pick-me-up. Guaranteed.

Horrible-no-good-very-bad-day aside, quality highly pigmented nail polish is something I’m always on the hunt for. And even more so now that it’s time to flaunt pretty pedis at the pool (you know you do it, too).

HOOPLA is my new favorite nail polish company! The innovative nail company was started by two day-dreaming moms who had the idea to start their own line (and salon shortly thereafter) while playing with their sons at the playground. Yes, they even named their first polish (a gorgeous light pink) after that monumental day ‘Playground Dreams’. So cute, am I right?

On top of that, their entire line is miniature (relatively the size of lipstick) so no more goopy spoilage before you can use it all. The cherry on top? Made in the USA and is ’5-Free’ — meaning, it doesn’t contain the toxic ingredients (formaldehyde ring a bell?) that bans baby-mamas from having pretty nails.
